Pinout HAT for AutoPi TMU CM4 or CAN-FD Pro

The Pinout HAT for the AutoPi TMU CM4 enables 23 pinouts with an easy screw terminal setup. This allows for great extension of the TMU CM4 or CAN-FD Pro devices.
